Jet mill brief introduction     This machine adopts the secondary rotary wind elutriating technology to avoid to over-grind fineness,so it can make the range of particle size together and prevent the big particle to be produced efficiently,and energy saving.Jet mill Working principle    The ultra-sonic air flow produced by the high pressure air drives the material to crash with each other,and the classifier in the grinding chamber classify the grinded material,and get the required particle,and the rest coarse powder continues to be grinded.Jet mill main characteristics  (1)High efficiency:The full use of jet energy,the improved design of impeller structure and classified airflow,which can improve grinding efficiency and reduce over-pulverizing,increase capacity.   (2)High classifying Precision:Stable and complete classifying airflow,and special sealed method,which can well prevent coarse particle leakage.The granularity can reach d97 less than 5um, and big particle are strictly controlled.  (3)Low wear :Main parts are designed and assembled with wearproof structure,such as grinding chamber,nozzles and impeller.
