Air classifier brief introduction This kind of classifier adopts air flow jet classifying technology and its main body is a square tube structure.This technology which has changed the rotating air flow form of the cylindric body, to make the material disperse and improve the classifying efficiency.This machine adopts the horizontal classifying form with many impeller(vane wheel).
AFF series products are applied to classify the ultrafine powder with the dry method and it is specially applied to classify the powder in the process of large industry.
Air classifier working principle It is a forced centrifugal classifier with secondary air entry and vertical classifying rotor, composed of classifying rotor,turning vane rectifier,and screw feeder. The materials are fed through the upper cylinder,and the material will be screened and well distributed by the incoming air,which brings the particle to the classifying zone.The centrifugal force produced by the fast rotation of classifying rotor together with the centripetal force by the air flow adhesion act,When the centrifugal force on the grain is greater than the centripetal force , the coarser particle above the classifying range will be swirled down along the wall of container. The second dry air will be rectified to uniform cyclone through the turning vane , and separate the thinner particle from the coarser ones . The separated coarser particle will be discharged from the coarse discharge port . The thinner particle below the classifying range will be blowed to cyclone separator and collector , the purified air will be discharged outside through draught fan. Air classifier main Characteristics(1)Broad classifying: the difference in quality , proportion , shape and size . The range of classifying diameter is d97=4-200 µ m . (2)High precision classifying: The stable and complete classified air flow and excellent air-tight system enable fine classifying , little distribution of particle size and strict control of big particle . (3)High efficiency classifying: The classifying is realized through vertical single-impellor with low rotating speed . Together with strong whirlpool field and fine powder collecting system , this special designed system guarantees lower installation power , greater capacity and good efficient of powder collection, the classifying effciency can reach 95% . It is equipped with strong disperse system , can effectectively disperse and classify to the collective material .
